Help with a Federal Agency
If you need assistance with a federal agency, such as the Department of Veterans Affairs, the Social Security Administration, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Internal Revenue Service or any other federal government agency, Senator Gallego’s office may be able to help. While the office cannot force an agency to change a decision nor guarantee a favorable result for your case, it can assist with facilitating communication and reducing delays. If your issue does not involve a federal agency (such as state, city, or judicial matters), our office may be able to direct you to appropriate resources.
Under the Privacy Act of 1974, Senator Gallego’s office must obtain written authorization to assist you. To get started, please complete the appropriate Privacy Act Waiver form below. You can also request assistance by emailing the casework team at casework@gallego.senate.gov.
