WASHINGTON — Senator Ruben Gallego (D-AZ) is supporting the bipartisan Safeguarding Transit Operations to Prohibit (STOP) China Act. This legislation supports American manufacturing and American workers by eliminating loopholes in current law that allow the U.S. government to buy Chinese buses and rail cars.
